not sure what this girl’s issue was but when I asked for no pickles, I don’t expect to get 10 on my burger and I don’t expect for my cookies to be pushed down into one cookie when I ordered 13. very disappointing and disgusting. do better stop being miserable and taking it out on others. i’m allergic to pickles and this could have been very dangerous for me.

For the past 10 years, the McDonald’s in my town has served a chocolate shake that’s far too vanilla-heavy, and despite my complaints, nothing changed. But for the last three months, I’ve been driving to Wantagh, where the chocolate shake actually tastes like chocolate, and I’ll keep going there. That’s my only complaint—everything else food-wise is great. The customer service at the drive-thru has been fantastic, with fast, accurate delivery to my car.

My main issue is the drive thru accuracy. 75% of the time the order is incorrect or items missing when you open the bag. Not sure where the disconnect is but it's never been fixed or improved. The counter service is not all that better either. Too bad because it's close by but I can't deal with the issues anymore.

Came here to pick up an Uber order and I was asked for a code. I show her the person I'm picking up for and the employee just takes it upon herself as I'm showing her the info on my phone and starts to touch my phone screen to see more details instead of just asking to do so and then slams the food on the shelf and walks away. Extremely unprofessional plus she looked like she was a manager but not 100% sure. Never going here again.
