Dont make an online order. Apparently, if you’re not physically there to watch & make sure someone makes the food you asked & paid for to be made they will just fill it rice, corn, & lettuce or whatever they see fit. My bad fr, I should probably just eat whatever I’m given & be grateful… the bar is soooo low a bowlegged caterpillar could crawl over it & yall still fallin short. Nice work guys!

Willing to wait for fresh food, because they were out of almost all the meats. I was told like 15 minutes or so and I'm well beyond that. Ive seen so many upset customers leave. I would think they lose more money by not having food rather than having it. Bout ready to go to another chipotle because this is ridiculous 🙄 Any rate, the food - never got it Service they did tell me, although the kid was not confident is his answer Atmosphere I guess is avg I feel bad for the manager that has to deal with this, I know the regional managers and up dont care, but they should.

⚠️⚠️ CAUTION!!! ⚠️⚠️ EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They all have long hair with no hair nets, no aprons, workers practice bad food safety. Watched a worker not use soap to wash their hands or dry them off before preparing food dripping water into a customers meal. Watched a different worker put 2 tortillas on a USED cutting board before preparing a customers quesadillas. Then another worker comes out from I assume is the dishwashing area and SMOKE is coming from his mouth, so workers are actively smoking on the job inside the building. I ordered my food for pickup at 10:20 I didn’t get it until 10:4

Very small portions..not even the mandated amount by Chipotle. When I requested the proper amount I was advised it would be extra. I know the proper amounts because I have worked for them before. Flavor was lacking .I would definitely not return to this location.
