This location used to be solid but lately it's gone downhill. The wait times are long and I often use the app to hopefully get around that, but more than a few times they haven't even started on my order by the time I get there and I often give them 15-30 minutes which I feel is reasonable. They don't give me any issues personally and they aren't rude or anything, but the quality has gone down noticeably since I moved to the area. Hopefully it turns around but for now I'll likely be skipping this location for the time being.

They always get my order wrong I should have listed to my Guy n go to the regular Jack in the box I go too apparently this is a double jack.. they always mess up my order

This location needs an absolute overhaul, basically a dump. Customer service is awful and the food is never prepared accurately. This falls back on the owners/investors, because why would you allow your investment to be ran like this? Also, drive-thru denied everyone's order today, and said they are only taking door dash orders. What is going on?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME – POOR MANAGEMENT & UNSAFE PRACTICES Lobby closed early for NO reason. No notice. No explanation. Then they force delivery drivers into a drive-thru nightmare. They actually ask you to BACK UP in the lane to fix their car counts – that’s dangerous and absurd. Then they tell you to park forward and wait forever. Severe delays every single pickup. This is completely unacceptable. Fix your operations or stop taking delivery orders. Management, read this: you are failing drivers, failing customers, and creating liability with these reckless requests. Never again.
