They don't provide napkins with food nor ketchup with frys. The temp was a bit too warm, in the seating area and the rest of the convenient store! Humid too!

I bought breakfast at this location, and there were several strands of hair in my food. I called the establishment and spoke to a manager who did not provide her name. She said that I could have my food remade, but I told her that I would definitely not be eating there. She then said that I could get my money back. However, she didn't apologize, and she was very rude. She should be coached on providing better customer service in a fast-food industry.

I just wanted to jump on here and say thank you. I just placed a really big order at the drive-through for me and the guys that I work with and they did fantastic. They got everything right and they got it out to me as fast as possible.
