disappointing. this is their veggie udon. it literally only has a few pieces of spring mix and noodles. (separated for togo). their tempura udon only has two pieces of prawns. go elsewhere for udon, it's not worth it here. i called in my order so they dont get charged fees like they would if i ordered on uber. im seeing now that the description on ubereats is AI generated so maybe that's the confusion. still, many other places give you veggies (carrots, etc) for the same price.

We went here for dinner. We tried the Teriyaki chicken, #1 Bento box, beef ribs and some sushi. All were brought out to our table fresh as they were made. It presented well. The beef ribs were a little fatty, but they're ribs. Good flavor. No wasabi was brought out with the sushi. Everything was ok, nothing spectacular. The place was clean.

This is a Japanese restaurant, but on the menu they have pork bulgogi. I love Korean food and my friends like Japanese food. I ordered the pork bulgogi and it didn't taste anything like that. It tasted like a pork stir fry. It was OKAY for what it was, but I would label this dish as a stir fry instead of a bulgogi so other people aren't disappointed. I'll come back to this place and change the star rating on the next dish I try.

6/5 Stars!!! They get the 6th star for consistency I’ve ate at Bento Factory for over 10 years, and I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review. First and foremost, the quality of the ingredients and how they are prepared is always top notch here. The gyoza is always piping hot, perfectly crispy, and wonderfully balanced in filling. All the teriyaki and stir fry items are always delicious, without an excess amount of sauce to drown the meat (not too little either). The service is always warm and pleasant, even through different staff who I’ve encountered through the years. The lad
