I ordered a Custom cake last month for my nephew’s birthday and Unfortunately when I went to go pick it up, it wasn’t what I had ordered. Even with the specific instructions given by phone and by txt messages. I paid for 8” inches in height but was only given 5” inches when measured at home. So I called soon after and told them about this issue along with the other things. I have been buying cakes from here for a while now, and they never disappoint. My wife and I needed a replacement cake last minute for our wedding party, and it was no problem for them.
