On my way to work, going to Grand Central Terminal from Westchester County, I exited the Metro North train @ Fordham to go to Insomnia Cookies about 2:50pm (afternoon). I try to enter, but the door was locked. A young lady looks out from the back, never came to the door, and gave a hand signal they were closed and turned away to disappear where she was no longer visible. No explanation or anything. I tried reaching out to the store via telephone. No answer. That is unacceptable service. Will make every effort to reach out to corporate.
