For nearly seven decades, Bar-B-Cutie SmokeHouse has been on an incredible journey. Having opened our first Bar-B-Cutie restaurant in Nashville in 1950, Bar-B-Cutie is certainly part of Nashville's history and is making history in other places like Georgia and Texas. In fact, South Texas hosts more Bar-B-Cutie locations than any other BBQ restaurant.

Their customer service is top notch, the gentleman working the register when I was there was very helpful. They have plenty of seating which was nice. Lots of tables and booths available to choose from. The atmosphere is very quiet though, even with the tv playing just felt a little awkward without some noise. I tasted each and every sauce in the flight and each had their own tang and twist including the Carolina and even though I'm and unsweet tea kind of guy I had a glass of the fruit tea and it was superb. Almost like a desert in a glass. I can clearly see why this is one of Nashvilles most esteemed BBQ places.

Wow! The fried pickles were nice and crunchy and I got “The Mark” which was top tier from start to finish. The multiple selection of sauces had me trying each one, combos, and I finally found a great match with the carolina and the mild. The workers also sounded like they were having a good time at work.
