I don’t want to be that person who only gives reviews when something is done wrong, so I go back and redeem if improvements have boon made. So far coming here my order has been correctly fulfilled. The food is made great and even looks appetizing and not just thrown in the bag or individual wraps! The customer service is great! I got to be the first to try the strawberry passion fruit and it was delicious so I recommend getting it. Try to get it during happy hour so you can get a large for $1!

I find it incredibly frustrating that you will have an employee that doesn't know what they're doing or doesn't know how to work the register and instead of them getting somebody else to help you, they'll just tell you that their system is going through an update. So then you don't get the so called "free" food that they offer through the app from previous purchases. I order my food through the self-checkout, daughter cancels it for some reason I don't know why, but my bank shows that he got charged, that self checkout took me about 10 to 15 minutes by myself, I proceed to explain what happen do the employees but they're so busy making food and going through the drive-thru that I can tell that I am not priority, a guy walks in and lets me know I'm still on break, no problem I understand, he did not tell anyone else hey that guy needs help I'm on break, I continue to wait, he finally finishes his break and proceeds to try to help me, I get I hear your probl

I wish I could give the staff negative stars! They were EXTREMELY rude, and entitled. I asked them the prices on 3 different items after tax, they they acted like i had asked them their pronouns or something. Super unprofessional. They acted like they were working on commission instead of hourly. If you want food done right, without the BS ATTITUDE, definitely go to the one off twin cities rd.
