Shout out to this location for being n open during the snow and ice storm! Walked in ordered our food and a few minutes later sat down and ate. The sweet and spicy burger was good and right and the fries were hot. The service was on point that day!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with hostility by Zanet for having brought my bike into the establishment, only due to there being no bike racks outside to lock it up. The atmosphere automatically shifted to my embarrassment in front of other staff and customers. Please put a policy paper where it is visible, otherwise making up policy based on bias is unprofessional and not worthy of further business. I will be bringing an awareness to Corporate leadership. Whatburger is always on point with the food! Can't go wrong with their food! Service sucked. 1 out of 10.
