We were a party of four adults and one child, and the restaurant automatically added an 18% gratuity to our bill. Normally, I have no issue tipping well for good service, but this was not good service. The menu prices were already expensive, yet we constantly had to repeat requests because items were forgotten multiple times. It felt like we were doing the job of reminding our server throughout the entire meal just to get basic things we had already asked for. What frustrates me most is the automatic gratuity policy. There was no wait on a typically busy Sunday morning/afternoon and the food was delivered very quickly as well. Our server was delightful, both friendly and funny. My bf got the split decision breakfast and I had the ham&cheese omelette with hash browns and both were delicious. We’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years and this was by far the best meal we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Wasn't sure about this place, as the parking lot is almost always empty. Not what I'm used to for IHOP. But we gave it a shot for dinner on a Friday. We we're the 2nd car in the lot, even so our waitress barely had time for us & the other 2 tables she gained during our dinner. The food wasn't bad, but not real special either. It took almost the whole meal to get the 2 pancakes that came with the meal.

Very busy for New Years, but did not have to wait long for a table. Our server was prompt to get our drink order and drinks, but it took a little extra to get our food order. She had food coming out from the other tables. I was impressed that the length of time for our food to come was not that long considering the building was full. My hats off to the kitchen. I received spinach and mushroom omelet with a side of pancakes. The omelet was perfectly cooked. My side order of pancakes were fluffy and light. My dad had over easy eggs as ordered and meat and pancakes were great. The only detract
