“Good service, good food!”

I simply ordered a fish sandwich and received this. I am a frequent customer and it’s poor. There is some employees that are good but some, do not have customer service at all. Prior to this, I’ve received my drink dripping and sticky.

The North Ave. McDonald's is a hazardous place to eat. The edge of the party isn't even getting cooked before they send it out. They do not use the correct settings for preparing your food and will inevitably get you dangerously sick. I hope that the location is inspected and closed down soon because it is beyond belief.

We had many problems with our order. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare the menu. Even though we specifically asked for fries without salt, they served them salty and only corrected it afterward. We requested Fanta without ice, but they brought us Diet Coke with ice instead. What makes it worse is that, despite two different employees checking the order two or three times, all of these mistakes still happened. The hygiene of the place is terrible. Tables and floors were dirty, there were dead flies everywhere, and live ones crawling around. Eating in such an environment feels like a seri

Went to get our dinner for the night as both of us worked a full day and wanted a lazy dinner. The service was horrible. All the staff there seemed to not be working at all and a young boy, maybe high school with glasses was only concerned for his friends who were there distracting him. We ordered through the kiosk for take out and our food took maybe a good 10-15 minutes to come out, no line and no other person in the seating area. The staff there seemed to just be standing around really not focusing on the work ethic of being a fast food employee. So sad to see children these days not have w
