I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Saturday, March 28th around 7:50 PM. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece combo meal, but when I got home, I realized my fries were missing from the order. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty, who told me to come back and he would replace the fries with a large as compensation for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the offer, it was already frustrating to have to drive back because of an error that wasn’t mine. Angel, the GM, is the sweetest. I just left from getting two 12-count honey BBQ wings with potato wedges and mashed potatoes. His kindness is why I drive past two other KFCs just to come here, along with the female manager and the other staff. She's brown-skinned, her speed is great, and she's always smiling. I only come here, and trust I eat KFC 3 times a week 😏 lol. I know, right? Angel is the best if he or the young lady were to leave I will go wherever they transfer to!! Thats how putting your customers first means.

I ordered a 6 piece hot wings with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The cashier was nice asked me to park because they had to drop more chicken. I said ok and I parked 10 minutes later she brought me my food. I went home bite into my wing and it was just as pink as can be my wings was under cooked… I called 6 times no answer I was going to take it back I just dropped it in sum grease and finished cooking it! I will not be returning there. Customer service was great, food not on point😕

The chicken was old for sure crunchy on the outside dry in the inside it’s like the chicken was recooked…….I would go home and make a tuna sandwich before I eat there again and the only reason I gave them one star is because they wouldn’t let me post my review until I picked one…… My fruit punch was another story…if someone said if you tell me what flavor is this I will give you 100 dollars I would lose because I seriously did not know what flavor this was
