This is the closest McDonald’s to my home, and I buy from here because it’s convenient but I’m going to go an extra 2 miles to another store. Somehow every time I’ve ordered from Queens street, they mess up my order in big magnitudes. Missing burgers, fries, and nuggets constantly. There is always something missing from my order. I just ordered extra salt on fries and they filled my bag with two handfuls of salt packets….how are they still working?

Drive through service was super rude and the girl had an attitude. Once my partner was half way through his burger we realized it was raw in the middle. There is no work ethic here at all. Don’t not order here.

The woman's bathroom sink does not work at all. An employee used the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. I had to go in the men's bathroom to be able to wash my hands. The bathroom also smells so disgusting, I almost 🤮🤮 I definitely wouldn't eat here knowing their restrooms don't meet the basic requirements.

Burger was RAW!!!! Like red-red raw. I know everybody probably doesn't care bc it's just fast food, but what if y'all served this to someone that couldn't afford to pay for a different dinner somewhere else bc this was raw? Everybody out here doing their best with these crazy gas prices and grocery bills, so no it's not "just fast food." Some people don't have cars and this is one of the few places close by. What I'm saying is have some dag on pride in the work you do bc this may be some kids only lifeline to dinner. I'm good, but it really is that serious for some folks struggling out here. W
