Placed a mobile order for ONE burger at 3:36, they don’t close until 4. No acknowledgement at the speaker. Drive to windoen and still wasn’t acknowledged for a few minutes, finally a rude woman open the window and said we’re closed! 30 minutes before close?! She as rude roles her eyes and shut the window in my face. So I drove to Aberdeen, they without any hesitation, with 5 minutes til close full filled my my order and the burger was made fresh!!! Took them less than 5 min to prepare it. Thank you Wendy’s crew on Aberdeen! I will gladly spend my money there before the mercury location

Firstly, every Wendy's... is not created equal. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in about 2 years until yesterday, when a co-worker and I were trying to decide what we wanted for lunch. We decided on Wendy's since neither of us had been to Wendy's in years. We were both pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know that they had new Frostys! The Dave's classic double... is still a top 10 burger... DEPENDING on which Wendy's your visiting I prefer the one in Hampton VA on Mercury Blvd. The staff was chill, the restaurant was clean, the food was fantastic. I tried two of the new Frostys... I'm not a fan...

I understand that employees may be preparing to close, but I arrived about 35 mins before closing, not at the last minute. And I was only going to order a medium fry to hold me til the morning. While attempting to order, I could see employees inside the restaurant standing and talking. They looked in the direction of my vehicle as I drove by, yet no one responded when I tried to place an order. After multiple attempts, I left without being served. If a restaurant is open, customers should be able to place an order. Very disappointing experience.

Ruined my entire week! I’m only giving any stars because the person at the window was nice. I only wanted Wendy’s for the new thin mint frosty, it was marked as available on the app but upon arrival they say they don’t have it. Fine, nothing to be a Karen about. I was disappointed but felt slightly better because, as I guess consolation for the nearly $5 missing item, they gave me two extra drinks.
