This is by far the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Steer clear!!! I had a negative experience in the past, about a year ago. For that reason, I switched locations. I decided tonight that I would give it another shot. I figured and hoped that after a year things would have changed and maybe all of the negative reviews would have motivated corporate or management to make this place better. Avoid this Chipotle location due to a toxic work environment driven by poor management. Far from the core Chipotle value of “Treating People Right”. As a nearby resident, I have generally steered clear of this restaurant based on a rude staff. Honestly, this Chipotle is a wild card. I come here very often and get the same exact meal everytime. (A kids quesadilla w/ steak with white rice, black beans, and queso.) I would always pay a different amount when paying even if it was always a 2 dollar difference or a 50c difference. I always come during lunch rush which I know is always busy, but everytime i open my quesadilla, i don’t know what I will get.
