I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wendy's. The lack of professionalism and customer service was evident from start to finish. We ordered six separate meals and six drinks, yet employees repeatedly asked unnecessary questions such as whether we wanted separate bags and whether we wanted a drink carrier for six drinks. Common sense would suggest that six drinks would require a carrier, especially for customer convenience and safety. If I could, I would give them 0 stars! Placed a mobile order for breakfast and only 1 car ahead of me when I arrive. The gentleman at the window just opens the window and hands me the food without saying a single word and closes the window. Something told me to pull into a parking spot to look at my order and sure enough they gave me the wrong order. I go inside and they act annoyed that I walk in with the order. No "how can I help you, I apologize for the mix up." Just annoyed that I came in for something THEY SCREWED UP ON! They say they're out of chicken but just assumed I'd want sausage. I

I wish I would’ve took a picture of what this place gave me to eat. I ordered a Caesar salad with a spicy chicken filet and received just that: a Caesar salad with an UNCUT spicy chicken filet. When asked to cut it(because who in their right mind serves a salad with an ENTIRE UNCUT chicken breast?!?) they stated they don’t do that anymore. When asked how I’m expected to eat it like this, we were told that I “can cut it myself.” I’m eating at home today, so this is no huge deal, just a ridiculously unnecessary inconvenience, but most days that I’m eating out I’m working in the field and most ce

I HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Every dang time I try to shop here I piss myself off for having faith that they can do something right. I ordered at 12:07 tonight, 53 min before closing. There was 1 car in front of me and 0 cars behind me (#3451). The young man took my order and payment and did that correctly. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED the female at window 2 to “please make sure I have all my items and sauces” and that annoyed her. I got home and I have NO FRIES. MISSING A BURGER. I have 2 cold burgers. Room temp nuggets - some spicy and some regular, mixed in together. I will say my sauce was in the ba
