They were selling empty hopes and dreams to some hungry souls today. The menu options looked wonderful and being a sandwich lover I was excited to try a new place. Apparently, at Potbelly though a 5" Cubano consists of a table spoon of pork, 2 slices of ham and a single, paper thin pickle slice with a 60% bread ratio. The avocado which I added to the order turned out to be the main "filler"! I would have returned and called the servers on the pitiful sandwich they served after paying the ridiculous amount of $17+ tip if we weren't already on the road by the time I unwrapped the disappointment.

Seriously out beat jersey mikes in my opinion. First time trying it today and omg best sandwhich I’ve ever had. Good for the price too. Got the Sandwhich and soup. If you’re not picky try my order. First time and had no idea about this place.

Surprisingly enough this is my first time at potbelly sandwich considering the number of outlets we have around. I like the fact that there is a skinny option which was surprisingly filling and good for the calories. I liked the broccoli cheddar soup . The sandwiches are good, I took the wreck and my wife took the sandwich named Mediterranean which I preferred more. I should have added some greens in the wreck, my sandwich.

First time eating at a Potbelly. Ordered the prime rib steak sandwich. The meat portion to price ratio was not very good. Also, each bite included a tough chewy connective tissue that I ended up spitting into a napkin. Not a very good first time experience.
