Waited 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to have us seated. Made eye contact with at least 7 employees. Which none of them came to offer us drinks or take our order mind you, only 3 tables was occupied the time we came in. It was not busy. We was patient for 15 minutes after being seated and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous. There are people who actually want to work but the people working here are clocked in just to talk and ignore potential customers.

Had a great experience, the server Mateo Los was great at checking in with us while we dined and help accommodate and provide service. Plus he was very nice and noticed when our drinks were low and with me getting the all you can eat meal he was very prompt, and ensured food was served without delay. Although I do have to take a star off due to food being a bit too hard and drowned in sauce, but that was not the server's fault. Overall I would come again.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Kayla B.! She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out quickly, and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. What really stood out was her positive attitude. She genuinely seemed to enjoy what she does, and that made the whole experience better. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and personal, but Kayla nailed it. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be asking for Kayla!

It was very quiet we went in after coming from Sea World our waitress Merideth was amazing and the food was great. We had the O'M'Cheese Burger, rib basket and the manager Trevon checked in and made sure our food was good. We will definitely be back!!!
