Judy Lee★★On November 18th, 2025 at around 12:45am, we got some food and the experience shocked me. The service was odd. The cashier kept trying to rush us, and asked over and over if we wanted to eat in the car or have it to-go when we weren’t done ordering yet. When we added a soda at the end, he went silent, as though he was frustrated with us. The food was the cherry on top. It was so out of character for In and Out to lack on service and freshness but this location at late night has always been strange. It’s definitely not up to the standard of the Bond Road location in Elk Grove. The double doub

We have several people in our family with severe food allergies and In N Out burger is one of the very few places we can eat at. Mateo was so kind and thorough making sure he had it all correct. When the food came out they had all the allergy free food specially bagged and separated. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and caring for our families safety.
