The store was very clean, but my sandwich artist was TERRIBLE. He drenched my sandwich in mustard and olives! I wasted my time, money and now I'm hangry! Will not visit this location again! I wasn't offered my receipt, so I had to reach across the counter to grab it myself. So frustrating!

We absolutely love this particular location and will pass several just to come to this one. The personnel are amazing, food is always fresh, and the wait time is never long. This location honors coupons and has a drive thru which is also great.

Ordered twice on the app, for the correct location because the app gave us an error the first time after loading for 2 minutes. Bank account was charged twice. And they still refused to make the sandwich. 9 months pregnant and it was the first full meal I would have ate all day. Besides the terrible customer service, the restaurant was filthy. It was obvious they did the bare minimum when cleaning and the food looked like it had flies eating on it all day. Ended up going to the Ryan st subway and a completely different experience. They will now become the subway to eat at. Prien lake subway
