Staff was busy ill give them that but they were complaining about doing there jobs loudly cursing and being unproductive. Manager was rude when I requested a burger that I ordered and hadn't received and proceeded to make me wait almost 30 minutes in the lobby for a single remake and it wasn't even correct. I've worked fast food before, if you cant handle that maybe find a real job and leave the fast food for the teenagers.

Waited 15 minutes being the only people in the store and someone else walked into the store and they got served and then we got served, fries had no salt and they got my order wrong and took forever to do our order. Also only the diet options were available for the drink machine. The place was crumbling and the back look really nasty, I do not reccomend and will never go back

I went in to order using the mobile app, before I could say anything the cashier said "that app don't work here" and when I asked how I would use it I was told "I don't know, it don't work with the system". I traveled to the other location in town, which was significantly busier than this location, and not only were they much more polite, even under the lunch rush, they took the order without questioning and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. Maybe cooperate should retrain this location on their systems and more importantly on how to communicate with their customers, I will not be returning
