It took a while to get our ice creams because the people in front of us ordered a bunch of stuff but that is ok. The only thing is that our cones where already served and they were getting soft and "melty". I have a 3yo and a 6yo and it was a mess when they were trying to "save" their cones! I asked for a cup and spoons to help them out and it was ok.

Every time I go to this Rally’s, she always assists me with my orders. She has a positive attitude and great customer service support. Highly recommended to go here! It’s people like her who make your visit worth spending your money.

The food from here is okay I guess but the wait time and customer service is ridiculous I waited almost 35 min for one combo meal.
