Absolutely amazing place. My brother who used to live in Southern California mentioned this was better. I came. I was served. It was awesome. We got 12 tacos for $60 cash. It was so good. They also had free Girl Scout cookies and water! The tacos here are better than any place I’ve ever been.

I took my youngest daughter to Pilsen for the first time, and I had to bring her to Quesabirria Jalisco Tacos. This is a perfect example of how Mexican food evolves right in front of you. The roots are ancient, but this is a modern spin, a cross between a taco, a quesadilla, and birria. The shell comes out crisp and orange from the consomé it's dipped in, and that same broth shows up on the side for dunking. We would have sat outside, the smoke inside stung my eyes even though the aroma was good, but it was raining. So we stayed in. We each had two. I went with horchata, she had jamaica. And

These are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had - full of flavor and perfectly crispy. I highly recommend this place. The staff was courteous and patient. Overall, a great experience. Definitely my go-to spot for tacos!

The food is filling! I had the Barría Tacos, which tasted great, BUT the Barría Sauce was too liquid, no thickness as you would typically expect. Also, the Onions and Cilantro came separately. For the price it’s not bad at all! Food was decent. I’ve just had better! Amazing staff thought!
