My family stopped at this Wendy’s for a late lunch and were very disappointed. Upon walking in, we immediately noticed trash on the floor and multiple dirty tables. The dining room was almost completely empty, with only two cars in the drive-thru. We walked up to the counter and stood there for several minutes while four employees were clearly visible. Not a single staff member acknowledged us or took our order — they walked past us as if we weren’t even there. After waiting with no service at all, we decided to leave. I had a really frustrating experience at Wendy’s. They completely messed up my order, and when I tried to call the store to get it resolved, the phone was off the hook or they just didn’t answer at all. It’s incredibly disappointing when you can’t even reach someone to fix a simple mistake. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—no accountability and no effort to make things right. I expect better from a place that’s supposed to value its customers. Definitely needs improvement.

This place is ridiculous. They stand around speaking their language all day and don’t tend to the customers and catch an attitude when you get tired of waiting. Ugh hate coming here

I wanted to get a junior frosty and she wouldn't let me because I didn't have a key. Then she gave me a hard time about getting a small frosty. I don't think she understood I wasn't doing the free promotion thing they have.
