Don't order the Tbone with broccoli and baked potatoe wi. Loaded $1 more. It has been better there was only 3 people trying to take care of customers. First potato was cold and could of cooked more also. I sent my potato back but the manager took it all... I had to wait again while my husband eats his. I couldn't eat anything but the potato that was brought back. My Med steak wasn't med and it was so thin for the price. Don't eat nothing that's not Mexican food as t a Mexican Restaurant.

Recently went and had to wait a little longer for our 3 piece cod meal, which my spouse and I very much love. It is the most expensive meal there but I’m telling you, their fish is so good. So we didn’t mind waiting, but it was longer than usual. Just as we had begin to think “wow it’s been a little while” a young man came out with 2 free meal coupons. Probably valued at at least $20 in food. I am WI born and raised, so I’m a life long fan of Culver’s. But you don’t see that anymore where businesses hand out coupons to make it right - before the customer even complains. McDs will not do that u

We have went here for years and never had a problem. The last 2 visits though, we had ordered Value Baskets, both of which we chose fries as the side. One of the fries, both times, we asked for no salt. Both visits, we were only given one fry, not two, and can never get them with no salt, even after requesting it. Once, I can understand, but twice? Will be going elsewhere in the future.

I have celiacs (gluten allergy), and I dread going out to eat because I hate to be that person that needs special procedure for food to be safe for me. Went through the drive through, letting them know of the allergy and when we got our food, it was in the same bag as the other items which contained gluten and reading the receipt I realized the allergy warning was forgotten.
