We love coming here, never had a problem till today. These chicken nuggets are disgusting and we didn’t even get all five of them, also ordered large nacho fries and didn’t even get enough. Our food tasted like teens made it! Idk who the manager was tonight. But get your employees in order and teach them correctly. Have some dignity and pride in your work. Never coming again. Going to the one off of 360!

I was traveling on my way home rather late on December 16th 2025. I knew I needed to eat something, but I didn't have anything at the house to fix. So I pulled off the highway looking for someplace to grab something to go. I happen to pawn the Taco Bell at 11:01 highway 287 North in Mansfield Texas. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a menu item that contained steak. I was told that they had no steak. So I looked and saw nothing else that looked appetizing, and settled for chicken strips. Came through the drive thru bought a nugget deluxe combo they forgot my nacho fries the when I get home and open the box of nuggets .. every nugget in the box was hard burnt and none edible.. it was old lettuce across the box gotta do better because paying 11.90 for food I should get what was paid for

Never thought I’d be leaving a bad review on Christmas Eve but here we are. I placed an online order around 4pm and my entire order was pretty much messed up. I guess I’ve learned my lesson not to get fast food during the holidays but I was in a rush and thought I’d grab a quick dinner. I guess I chose the wrong timing. I don’t know if they were having a lettuce shortage or what but all my food items had barely any lettuce or cheese. Ordered a cherry Pepsi and it was just straight carbonation, no syrup or flavor.
