First time at this location. After we ordered, we went to use the restroom. It had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. The toilets were filthy as well as the counters and floors. Went back out to fill up our beverages atand the side of the machine was crusty. None of the tables were clean either. I ordered a sandwich online and picked it up. It has stuff that I don’t like and that I’m allergic to…. I found peppers And slices of celery?!?!!!?? Also, the avocado looks old very disappointed because usually they’re really good

The bad: they need to rethink the way they take the orders. I routinely order three sandwiches and they generally have to ask again about the sandwich choices because they forget, and I don’t blame them. There isn’t a system at the beginning where they take the order. It’s also annoying to order your sandwich in one area, then go to the middle area to order the next part of the same sandwich. It makes no sense. They would be better off with a POS system at the beginning, taking your full order and payment then have things pop up on the preparer screens or tickets to complete the order The g

This was my first time coming here and I was extremely disappointed. It was kind of confusing on where to order, where to get your food & even where to pay. The staff wasn't helpful at all in explaining anything and one seemed annoyed that we didn't know where to go or how their system worked. The music was so loud we practically had to shout. One girl looked way too sick to be serving food. It wasn't busy when we got there, yet it was extremely dirty in the dining room. The windows were also really nasty at the front door like they hadn't been wiped down for a month. It was decorated nice tho
