Hi, this is Melvin McDonald’s. I came to this McDonald’s this morning, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ordered using the kiosk, and somehow my total came out to almost $30 when I only ordered a Big Breakfast and a large drink. The kiosk started adding random stuff to my order, and I seriously thought somebody hacked it or my account. I never even got my receipt until I asked like five times. The worker barely acknowledged me and just kept saying “OK” instead of actually getting it. By the time I finally got my receipt, my food was ice cold. The workers were all gr

This McDonald's is more miss than hit. We rarely go here because of the terrible service but every now and again we stop in for that nostalgic McDonald's experience....and we typically regret it. The workers are not rude, but they can't seem to get our order right. They either forget to include sauce for the nuggets, or they forget to give you our drink cups, or they just don't check the order before delivering it and we find we are missing items. This place is pretty dirty too and if you have to eat here, at least bring in your own Clorox wipes to wipe down the table you eat at. It's dif

Placed a curbside order, allowed 15 minute to arrive and check in. Waited half an hour before deciding to go in. Food was sitting on the back counter . A gentleman had even asked the girl at the register about the order sitting there, and she responded by saying that’s a curbside order. (So it’s known that it’s there) Stood in line to wait to ask for my order and the girl at the register finished ringing out the family ahead of me, then looked at her coworkers and told them she was taking her break. This is a clean indoor and outdoor McDonalds. Service is slower than normal, food arrived cold. Pretty much all Kiosk driven, which actually slowed ordering down, due to the clientele who couldnt figure out the system.
