Just got home from this location. Everything seemed to be fine. Prompt service, only waited a couple of minutes and the food smelled nice. Only thing was that I ordered the #12 platter and there was no chicken. The box seemed quite small for that much food; I should have checked, and didn't. If I return I will definitely check in the future. Thank You.

Ordered a meal that came with hush puppies. Got home. No hush puppies. This is the second time in recent memory I've gotten home from a fast food run only to find part of my order just… didn't make it into the bag. I understand that these jobs aren't easy and I have sympathy for the people working them, but sympathy only stretches so far when the bare minimum consistently isn't being met. No one is asking for perfection. Just look at the order. Look in the bag. Make sure what's supposed to be there is actually there. That's it. The food I *did* receive was fine. I have not been to LJS in many years. I was pleased because the staff was so friendly. Everyone smiled, greeted, and held casual conversations at the drive thru. They were all 30-40 year old adults so they actually had social skills. Pleasant experience. I even asked about a pecan pie and she told me, now I know you haven't been here in forever because we have cheesecake now. 🙃

The family and I went today 3/3/26. The food and staff was fantastic. We've been in the past but it's never been like this. Usually there would be 2 people working and the atmosphere was stressed. Everyone was great. Very friendly and courteous. The food was very good also!! We were there between 5-6 pm. I hope the crew gets to see this review. There isn't too many fast food places providing our experience we had this even. My kids enjoyed ringing the bell as it was well deserved.
