Haven't had long John's for years, thought it would be good to try again, disappointing. The staff were great and friendly, other than that the highlights are few. The fries were cold, my chicken was luke warm which was unappetizing as it sounds. Napkin holders on the tables were empty, condiment containers were empty and it's not extremely clean...... My sweet and sour sauce didn't seem right, but it has 6 hours until it expires.... There was plenty of seating.....

Placed a mobile order at 6:44 October 13th, spent $87. Lobby door was already closed so went thru the drive thru. I did not receive 2 platters of the 2 fish 3 chickens and 4 sides of cheese curds. Went back thru the drive thru and had to explain like 3 times at the window what I was missing. Had to then wait for the food to be made again. They said “we put some extra hushpuppies in” when they handed me my new bag, figured awesome they got it right then and went home without rechecking. Got home, did have 2 extra hush puppies for the original mistake but was given 2 fish 1 chicken on one of the

The woman running the cash register was amazing, very kind and helpful. She suggested a menu item to help save me money and after bringing out my food she went and gabbed me a couple cups of tarter sause. Truly a great experience

They have 1.00 ice cream cones!!!!This is by far my favorite LJS. Food comes to the table piping hot. The folks at the front counter are so sweet and helpful. Bathrooms were okay. I've seen a lot worse. The folks here drop your food in the fryer when you order not pulling food from a warming tray like some of the other LJS's. Stop in and try them out. Or one day they won't be here to try. Love this place!
