Whatba terible experience...grew up on LJS so drove to westlnd from Grosse Point...quite disappointed. Place was brand new and beautiful but stood there about minutes...with no one acknowledging us. Finallynrealized we were supposed to order from the self serve kiosk. We did...then waited for 25 minutes in the freezing cold for our food. Attitude from the worker when we finally did get our food...and fries were cold and gross! Why did they even hang the bell in the store? WTHeck would I be ringing it for? Wont be back...terrible experience!

I have been three times since the reopening. I have yet to receive a great experience. I pre-order and still have to wait another thirty minutes or so. My first time approximately two weeks ago I went through drive-thru to pick up my order that gave a particular time... I got their 5 to 10 minutes later to be told to come in they had not started on it. I come inside was never acknowledged. Everyone in the lobby was waiting for a long period of time. A delivery guy asked was the order ready and a lady whom I am assuming was the manger was so rude to him... He ended up leaving without the order

We ordered the chicken strips meal. It was dry. The waffle fries were uneven- some were cooked right, some were burned and hard. Almost half of my container were crumbs/batter. I am not sure why they put the crumbs/batter there like it was part of my order. Nobody wants to eat fried flour. Also the staff never asked what sauce we want for the chicken strips. We had to ask and sort of beg. We also asked for ketchup but she never gave it to us. This would my first and last order. Learned my lesson.

I will never order from here again. After just opening two days ago was a waste of time. I ordered two platter meals, which should’ve came with three pieces of chicken and two pieces of fish with two sides. I got one piece of fish and one piece of chicken and one box only, and then the other box only had two pieces of fish. Fries cold just horrible. Thumbs down for me. I will not Revisiting
