I go here very frequently for tequeños. It seems like the place is ran by overly privileged Venezuelan's. One of the times my brother was almost scammed by a gentleman that thought he had slight of hand to add tip on a take out order, once confronted; acted surprises and proceeds to ask "oh you don't want to add tip?". Bad customer service. No one talks to you or makes you feel welcome. The empanadas are okay but over priced. They are also on the greasy side and the black beans tasted like they were from the can.
