Ordered food at 9:16pm tonight march 22nd 2026 and drove all the way home before realizing we were given the wrong order. Our fault for not checking sure. But the “manager” black lady, reddish hair bigger lady absolutely disgusting behavior. When bringing back the food she stated “they can wait I’m going down the list I’m already stressed” completely rude to her staff and when I asked for a manger she rolled her eyes looked over her shoulder and with an attitude said it’s me what do you want. Will be calling corporate.

Refused to take our order at the register. Redirected us to the kiosk. Place empty, 1 car in the drive thru. Obviously these people either don't want to work or have already made their $ quota for the day. Thanks Taco Bell for your amazing service. Time to go look for real tacos.
