I recently ordered a pizza over the phone from the Papa John’s location in Mint Hill, and the experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked for light tomato sauce, extra cheese, and for the pizza to be well done. Instead, the pizza came with normal tomatoes on top, which I didn’t ask for, and there were large bubbles all over the pizza. My kids didn’t like it at all, and I felt like I wasted both my time and money. On top of that, the customer service was terrible when I went to pick up the pizza. Please please don't waste your time or money at this Papa John's. I order the Salted caramel Blondie as you can see it's dry, and a complete waste of money. The Customer Service sucks, the girl working behind the counter almost knocked me down trying to get out of the door, she didn't even greet me, so rude!!! Please save yourself some time and money DON'T GO THERE!

It was cheap and the staff was friendly but the pizza was terrible. The banana peppers must have been a bad batch because they tasted awful and I had to pick them all off. Doubt I’ll be back.

This is nothing short of ridiculous. I got charged double for ordering in store as opposed to on the app. One large carry out pizza with pepperoni was literally double!!
