For some reason, Captain D’s gets a bad rap for “expensive frozen fish sticks.” Say the same people who willing pay $20-25 per person for McDonald’s or the like. Anyway, this location had wonderful service and consistent food. Definitely worth supporting. Better than my locations.

I recently ordered food from Captain D’s for the first time in ten years. I decided to go with the Family Pack, which included ten pieces of Fish Fry, along with French fries and coleslaw. The total price was around $28, which I found to be quite reasonable. When I arrived at the store, it was noticeably empty. There wasn’t a single other customer inside. The employees weren’t particularly friendly or rude—they simply lacked any expression and barely spoke. The restaurant itself had an old-fashioned feel to it, but it was well-maintained and clean, which was a plus. I placed my order online

Terrible customer service. Walked into this captain d's, and we were the only people there. I could see 2 employees in the back seating. We were there waiting for over five minutes. They saw us didn't bother to get up and take our order I guess they weretoo busy in there conversation. So we left and went across the street to arby's had a great experience at arby and very friendly staff.

Horrible service! Literally ordered my food at 7 and they didn't give it to me until 7:41! There wasn't any apology or anything! I do not recommend coming here! I will be calling corporate!
