Kristy★★★They always up charge you for a medium even when you order small. When I got to the window, I asked why. She says it goes in as automatically. That's bull crap. The potatoes were overcooked .possibly double cooked or reheated . That is sad because usually they are great. But these were too crispy very hard. Coffee very strong and tasted overcooked. But thanks for having breakfast as a lot of wendys don't anymore. You need to ask what size the customer wants before automatically charging for medium.

Linsey Bernbaum★I do mobile orders because I have a hard time sometimes saying what I want, so the past two times I have done mobile orders with this Wendy’s something is always wrong and then I call to tell them and no one answers the phone. One time the gave me spicy nuggets and they were for my son so I went back And they switched it no problem today I ordered a chicken sandwich and a baked potato no sour cream for the potato which I ordered and I got a burger instead of chicken. It’s not that hard and I’ve worked customer service including Wendy’s myself and I just don’t think it’s right when I show them
