My first ever time experiencing a Culvers and ehh... I will say the service was beyond good and the burgers appearance was good but the lobby itself was a complete mess and honestly, the beef was entirely too dry, almost in the style of a smash burger which completely offset the amount of crisp vegetables underneath the patties. I feel like I should've ordered a salad. Coming to the absolute best part of the meal, the chili cheese fried were perfect. I have ordered walleye three time since they started selling it. The first two times I received walleye the third time I really believe I received cod. Asked the staff and they said it was walleye. Not to sure . Which one is walleye? I requested someone contact me. But no response
