Always love Steak & Shake. Wish they still had one here in Westfield. When it was full service they had great staff and were as busy as this location. I am usually passing through Noblesville so tend to use the drive-thru. However the window staff is always extremely courteous. Food is always hot and fresh and the lot is always busy. Definitely one of the better locations in the chain.

Me and my family were greeted by the manager right when we walked in and asked if we needed any help ordering. The staff working the grills and the other kitchen staff also asked multiple times if we had everything we needed during our meal. One of the best steak n shakes I have been to. The inside was clean and the manager was going over and above to make sure everyone there had a good dining experience. I dont usaully tip at kiosks but next time I definitely will due to the great job by all of the staff at this location.

We had such a great experience today, the staff was so friendly. The entire restaurant was very clean, our food was made quickly and correctly. You could tell the staff all got along well, it was a great environment. I never leave reviews! I’m glad we stopped in today!

There were kiosks to order, but when we walked in, a man offered to take our order. This was nice because it allowed us to pay with cash. The food was ready in around 7 minutes. The food was prepared the way we ordered it and it was nice and hot. Great experience.
