The little blonde girl and her he/she friend was so extremely rude laughing and holding up our drinks ( thinking I wasn’t able to see) and I’m wondering why, I take a drink and the drink is so bland and taste not like pumpkin spice at all it tastes like straight black coffee! then my other drink I ordered for my coworker had so much syrup that we shouldn’t even drink it today was a waste of money I spent 25$!!!!! I will NO LONGER come here ever again! Kids need adult supervision I guess.

Ordered in drive through. Was told they didn't have the daily double value meal, even though McDonalds still lists this, only able to get the sandwich. Also, ordered 2 apple pies. Our receipt lists time as 6:19PM. Got home and had 1 apple pie that had tag stating "enjoy by 6:15PM on 4/10/26" and the other pie was strawberry creme, not apple. This store is not usually this bad. Very disappointed this evening.

Back to their old bull. It got better for a while, but they'll fill up the 5 drive through reserve spots even with no appreciable line so they can take 20 minutes to being your food and still have "good" service times. This is easily the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited, but I'm sure they have great KPIs!

Every time I come here we end up in the drive through parking spots waiting for our food. Ordering ahead of time is useless. The app is actually slower than just going on and ordering. Often takes 10+ minutes to get a couple happy meals.
