I’m sorry but if I’m paying almost $9 then I expect a bowl that is full of French onion soup with melted cheese, not a bowl that is too big for their portioned “bowl” of soup. I asked the server if she could top it off and she said that the soup is pre portioned and she can’t fill it up. Very disappointed in the portion size for the price. Never ordering soup here again. To top it all off the soup was too salty for my taste. Maybe it is left over from yesterday and dried up from being in a warmer all day?? Wouldn’t be surprised because of the way it tasted. Their bagels are good and their sand

Check your orders before leaving even if you feel generous to leave a tip. Got short 2 Cream Cheese Tubs with my Bagel order. Called customer service and their solution is to give you a $10 gift card, so you can go back to the same place and get bad customer service again.

June 7, 2026. Just visited this location. Employees are sweet and polite, but realized many area require DEEP CLEAN: toilets, bathroom sink, floor, counter top.... Hope the hygiene is better than the appearance in the environment!!!

My husband wanted to try the chicken salad stuffer and all he got was bread and a little salad. So disappointing. My salad was half of what they used to serve but the price was higher. Seems like less food more money. Will never go back.
