rarely write negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Zupas. When you think of Zupas, you expect a high-quality, casual dining experience—but that was far from what I encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unprofessional. The employee at the front was chatting with coworkers instead of attending to customers, and it took a while before my meal was even made. When I finally received my food, it was a mess. Whoever was working on March 20 2026 16:30/4:30pm really created a great experience. My meal was perfect! I ordered the green goddess salad and orange creamsicle drink, add two pumps coconut and one pump vanilla. This was peak! The sun was just right and the food was delicious. The salad was a perfect mixture! It was so refreshing, savory, light, and fulfilling; paired with the drink?! Perfect :) I also got hooked up with a big strawberry! Really added another thing to be grateful for. GAS 10/10

I find that the food is a bit more expensive than at other places, but the quality is on par with the competition. I stopped by Café Zupas literally 3 minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting to feel rushed but instead, I had one of the best experiences. One of the girls working there was incredibly kind (I really wish I caught her name). She went above and beyond, completely loading up my salad and even going to the back to open a fresh container of cottage cheese and a new hot honey just for my order. What really stood out was that even after my food was already bagged, she still wanted to add more to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care and generosity is rare, especially righ
