I would mainly just advise don’t try to get a pickup order on any weekend night. Typically their service and food is great and fast, but I’ve done pickups a couple times on weekends and it gets SO backed up. I got a text saying it was gonna be ready at 5:31 and I didn’t get the food until 5:55. I stood waiting for it the entire 25 minutes. Truly a little ridiculous. But the food always tastes good.

The candy cane chocolate cup looks good, but it’s sugar goop made out of marshmallows, chocolate, and candy canes with strawberries on the side. It tastes like there are 100 grams of sugar. I would not wish this on anyone

I’m upset for what zupas did to my good friend Caleb who has also left a 1 star review. He tried ordering before 9 PM, called before 9 PM, and got there before 9 PM. They still turned him away while taking other orders. The attitude from the employee was what really got me. What makes it worse is his fiancée had food poisoning the day before and finally said she wanted soup from Zupas. Anyone in a relationship knows getting your fiancée to actually pick where she wants to eat is difficult enough on a normal day. They always screw up my food. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Alvarado sandwich and they HEATED it. The avocado is nasty. The tomatoes were limp and hit and the sauce was terrible hot and entirely too much of it. And it looks smashed. Flat and very unappealing. 8.00 for this hot mess that looks like it was rescued out of the garbage. The places and employees forget that customers CHOOSE eat at their establishment, when we can go anywhere, but the care taken is non existent. Times are tough and the prices are still going up. I'll go elsewhere.
