I went a couple of weeks ago and order three different meals through drive thru and my #1 meal had a huge hair in the burger. I went back and the manager was super nice and refunded me the meal and gave me a free order for the next time. I went today and reordered my meals and why did the same thing happened to me twice. This time I didn’t go back to complain because its frustrating and I’m to disgusted to go back, I only want my meals without hairs.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’m honestly tired of dealing with this Whataburger location. Almost every time I order, something in my meal is wrong — missing items, wrong burgers, cold fries, or messed up drinks. The most frustrating part is that nobody ever really tries to fix it or make it right. It feels like they just rush customers through and don’t care once the order is handed out. I used to enjoy coming here, but after so many bad experiences, it’s hard to justify spending money here anymore.
