The manager is horrible she was very rude and disrespectful had no customer service. Manager seems to be prejudice we waited 30 minutes for fast food all the iced tea's were filled with ice and no tea. Don't come to this mcdonald's be prepared to wait 30 minutes.

I love McDonalds, I only go if I have extra time. The wait time is horrible. I don't care what you order, it's ridiculous. This is the one on Crater Rd in Petersburg,VA. They just put in double drive thru but it did not help with the wait time. They need to do better team work to get the lines moving, especially in the am when people going to work.

This place was filthy to say the least. Dead flies all over the place. This looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Lost my flip flop when I walked in due to floor been sticky. We are driving home and it was the closest things for us unfortunately. So we had no choice but to order. We only ordered nuggets and fries and we waited for over 20 minutes. I'm not sure why this place is still open!
