Friendly and excellent customer service! Great food and great prices. Plenty of seating and parking. Only problem is the Men's restroom has no paper towels, floor sticky from you know what, and single use, so if 1 person is inside then a line will eventually form outside. The best solution is to make the restroom have multiple private stalls inside. At least 2. That way if 1 person is taking a long time, other people can use the unoccupied private stall. Urinals would not solve this problem since that only handles pee. Other than that, this Burger King is great! I had the fresh fried apple p

Just went in to get a quick dinner, went through the drive thru, didn’t get my order right at all and when asking her to change it she rolled her eyes at me, then gave me my food and forgot to give me an item and when I waited there she opened her window and told her what she was missing and just closed the window on me. Bad service , I was never once rude to receive and attitude or rudeness back. And rest of the coworkers working there were talking rudely about other customers infront of me, don’t go there if all you wanna do is get treated with bad service, hire new employees as soon as poss

Cashier did not take my order right. She forgot to add 2 of my orders. She did not apologize for making a mistake. I waited for a long time to get my order. None of the staff communicated to me properly. There was no manager to help me or to address the issue. They were all yelling at me and at each other. I will never go back!

I had a really disappointing experience at the Port Chester Burger King because of the manager, Marcia. My boyfriend and I came in specifically excited about the Grogu/Mandalorian collectible cups. We ordered three combo meals, and none of the cups were given to us. When my boyfriend asked about them, the manager said the combos didn't come with the cups, but when we asked which combos did include them, the staff said they didn't know. Meanwhile, our coworker specifically ordered the meal that was supposed to come with the collectible cup. Not only did he receive a completely different burger
