My 1st time here. Not just location, but overall! I signed up for he rewards program, and earned enough for a free sandwich on my next purchase! I had the kids ham & cheese, added avocado, had tomato & lettuce, mayo, and got a water bottle, applesauce, and small cookie. The Sandwich was the perfect size, along with other items. The chairs aren't comfortable, but I guess that deters people from sitting there too long!

I got a turkey avocado sandwich and they forgot the avocado. Instead of apologizing and offering to remake the sandwich, the girl initially asked if I told the topping guy it’s a turkey avocado sandwich not turkey sandwich. I’ve worked as a line cook before - there’s a level of communication that should be had bc otherwise why did I tell you my order up front when I could’ve just said bread and turkey? Just own up to forgetting and offer to make a new one instead of giving me avocado on the side so I can unwrap my sandwich while driving and put this avocado in. If I wanted to make my own sandw

My mom is visiting from out of town and has really enjoyed coming to Potbelly while she’s been here, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. We ordered 3 sandwiches, a soup, and a salad. My pulled pork sandwich barely had any sauce on it, so my boyfriend simply went up to ask for extra sauce. The restaurant was not busy at all when we walked in, and there was nobody in line when he went back up. Despite that, he stood there for almost 10 minutes being ignored by multiple employees.
