Let me start off by saying I enjoy Potbellies food, always have. This locations staff is the issue. I only come to this one because it’s walking distance from my house. I ordered two sandwiches, both with extra hot peppers. What did I get? No hot peppers at all. Furthermore the staff there looked like they hated being there and that everyone who walked in was inconveniencing them. The Hispanic guy with the glasses practically threw my bag at me with an attitude when I came to pick up my order. Last time I am coming here. I get it , work sucks sometimes but act professional. No one is forcing

Showed up to pick up an order. It was ready and behind the register. When I walked up and asked for it there was only one other person in the shop. Nathan told me to wait. So I waited over 5 min. As he finished sandwiches and cleaning a blender. Then I asked a second time after 5 min because they started making a sandwich for someone who showed up after me while I waited and they asked me to wait again. It seemed like they were doing it on purpose. They all seemed so out of it. No greeting, no sorry about the wait. I didn’t complain I’m store because I didn’t want to be a Karen and I also do

I don’t leave reviews or feel the need to call someone out, but I felt like this kid, Pat, really needed to be checked. I walked in and immediately felt ignored. Fine — that happens when you're busy or multitasking. But while ordering, it genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience to him. Then, while I was deciding on toppings for my sandwich, he had this “I don’t give a shit” attitude. He rang me up with dirty hands and walked away without any acknowledgement. Please get a new job without facing people. POTBELLY please review your staff and see if he needs to be reviewed or retrained in servi
