I went through the drive thru around 1:30pm on a Wednesday. I was the only car around so I assumed the food may taste like it had been sitting for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised to open my box, after no wait, to find very fresh food. It tasted better than any other captain D's I've been to recently as well. I will definitely return to this location when visiting Salisbury again.

This place has good food item choices. In particular we like the fish! We went thru the driveway to order it took longer than expected however food was worth the wait! Suggest eating in dining if you can or immediately after purchase. The fish is delicious but doesn't stay hot long! Cudtomer service was great!

I don't know what the food was like on 4/18/26 because they never gave me my food, that I ordered and paid for. The staff was either on drugs or had memory problems. We waited 45 minutes to watch cashier give boxes upon boxes to 1 table over from us. I heard them say they got more than what they paid for. None of my business but could that have been my order? The manager never offered to make us a new order because she said it was not on screen, which I had nothing to do with. She gave us quest copy of voided order not a credit. I don't think this is a refund. I am calling Corporate .

My husband and I ordered pick up here last week. We ordered online through THEIR website, NOT a third party. I ordered a large (40oz per their website) serving of fried clams, only to realize when we got home that we recieved less than 7ounces. I have photo proof that their website is selling 3 sizes of the clams at vastly different prices and that I was charged nearly double for upgrading to large.
