Customer service is awesome. The food makes me happy and the people do too. I only saw two people working at the time I was in the restaurant in yet my food was still rushed out. Always get my order right! The girl up front greeted me as soon as I came in. She helped with my order since I wasn't sure which combo meal would be the best bang for what I wanted. Thanks!!!

I never had an issue at this restaurant until today!!! Ordered my food drove home to find the food provided was cold with black spot’s all over it. I called the restaurant and inform the staff. I asked for a refund. The person told me to bring the food back to receive the refund. I brought the food back untouched. The Manager/cook was rude and stated I could not get a refund but he will cook anything I wanted. I requested the sandwich I ordered cooked and made properly. He then gave me a sandwich within 4 minutes that was cold without the cheese. I told the cashier who took it back to the mana

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, will never go back to Captain D’s. Took my daughter for a kids’ meal and got her a lemonade. She drank most of it without issue, but when we got to the car and looked in the bottom of the cup, there was a small, dark foreign object sitting in the remaining lemonade. It’s black, solid, irregular-shaped, and very clearly not a lemon seed, pulp, ice, or anything that’s supposed to be in a drink (photos attached, it’s obvious). This wasn’t something that fell in after we left the counter; the lid was already on when they handed it to us. That means whatever
